CRESCENT ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS is a multi disciplinary Engineering Office, having its Head Office in Chennai, India.
The Company has established itself as an Engineering Consultancy Office, with all necessary infrastructure and expertise in the areas which include (but not limited to) Steel Structural Design & Detailing, Preparation of GA & Fabrication drawings, Design and Detailing of PEB structures, Design of Pressure Vessel, Heat Exchangers & its Detailing Activities, Design of Chimneys etc.
The detailing of fabrication drawings are done utilizing state of the art design packages for 3D Modeling using softwares like Tekla structures (Xsteel) and also using Autocad.
For the Design of Steel structures we use STAADPRO and for the Pressure Vessels PVELite is being used.
We have an additional capability to do the connection design as per ASD 9th Edition & as per BS 5950. Also we are in the Process of upgrading to AISC 13th Edition of the American code.
